By accessing and using May's Chills services (website, mobile app, purchases), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

In these Terms & Conditions:

- "Services" refers to our website, mobile application, delivery services, and all products offered
- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services
- "Order" refers to a request for products or services placed through our platforms
- "Products" refers to smoothies, juices, meals, detox plans, and all items available for purchase
- "Content" refers to text, images, logos, trademarks, and all materials on our platforms
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- Remove or edit content at our sole discretion
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
Important:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. Ordering & Payments
3.1 Order Process
When placing an order:
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
- You must provide accurate delivery information
- Orders may be cancelled if information is incomplete or inaccurate
- We may limit quantities or refuse orders from resellers
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing
- Delivery charges are additional and vary by location
- Taxes are included in listed prices where applicable
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Cards (via secure payment gateway)
- Cash on Delivery (subject to area availability)
- POS payments at our stores
Payment Security:
All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Lagos Metropolitan Area
- Abuja Metropolitan Area
- Selected surrounding areas
Delivery outside these areas may be available by special arrangement with additional charges.
4.2 Delivery Times
- Regular Orders: Delivery batches at 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM daily
- Detox Plans: Daily delivery between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Express Delivery: Available 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (additional charge applies)
- Weekend Deliveries: Available with adjusted hours
4.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery fees:
- Vary based on location and order value
- Calculated at checkout
- Free delivery for orders above ₦10,000 in central areas
- Detox plans include delivery in package price
4.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed:
- Three delivery attempts will be made
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
- Items may be returned if undeliverable after 48 hours
- Refunds subject to restocking fees (see cancellation policy)
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Order Cancellation
Cancellation is available:
- Regular Orders: Up to 2 hours before delivery for full refund
- Detox Plans: 24 hours before start date for full refund
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable once preparation begins
- Delivered Orders: No cancellations after delivery
6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered (full refund + replacement)
- Damaged/spoiled items (full refund)
- Late delivery beyond 3 hours (partial refund)
- Cancellation within allowed timeframe (full refund)
6.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items if applicable
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon our intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with the security of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services to compete with us
Consequences:
Violation of these conduct rules may result in termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
All content on our platforms is owned by or licensed to May's Chills, including:
- Logos, trademarks, and brand names
- Website design and layout
- Product names and descriptions
- Photographs and graphics
- Text content and recipes
8.2 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Download or print content for personal reference
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks without authorization
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Create derivative works based on our content
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, May's Chills shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product/service
- Issues beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
9.2 Product Liability
While we maintain high standards:
- We are not liable for allergic reactions unless negligence is proven
- Customers are responsible for following storage instructions
- We are not medical providers - consult professionals for health advice
Disclaimer:
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally:
- Contact our customer service team first
- Allow 7 business days for investigation and response
- Provide all relevant information and documentation
10.2 Formal Resolution
If informal resolution fails:
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria
- Arbitration shall be conducted in English
- Each party bears its own arbitration costs
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
10.3 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against May's Chills.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
International customers agree that Nigerian law applies to their use of our services.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Modification Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time
- Update the "Last Updated" date accordingly
- Notify users of significant changes
12.2 Acceptance of Changes
Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes:
